Casey Anthony Released, Casey Anthony could be coming to a town near you? With the release of Casey Anthony from prison very soon will be the most hated woman in America does to recover your life. Reports indicate that Ms. Anthony is considering changing its name and move to a new city. You may also be a good idea to change its appearance Casey to not like Casey in the past.
You will all remember that last week, Casey Anthony was found not guilty in the murder of her daughter Caylee Anthony. It seemed a though the evidence presented was too circumstantial the jury to convict. Caylee’s death remains a mystery and will probably remain so.

Casey Anthony is set to be released this Sunday, July 17. She was acquitted of murder charges but was however, still loaded with some minor acts. Time spent in custody awaiting trial for murder is attributed back to her so she will be released in just a few days.

In other news of Casey Anthony is being sued by a group of people who have wanted Caylee back in 2008. Casey had asked the company Equusearch to help find her daughter Caylee, that she knew he was dead. The company is suing Mrs. Anthony for more than 100,000 frauds and claiming.

Cindy Anthony Lies ?

Cindy Anthony Lies ?, The courtroom drama continues. Prosecutors in the trial of Casey Anthony could now be building a case against Casey’s mother, Cindy Anthony. She could be prosecuted for perjury and testified that she sought “chloroform” on your home computer, but records show that in fact work when the Internet search was conducted.

Legal experts spoke on the Today Show this morning about the possibility of being prosecuted and Cindy said that the chances are almost nil that Cindy will have to pay, or explain even the lies he said on the stand. That does not sound right, now does it?

I’m as anxious as anyone to put the trial behind us and move on, but if Cindy lied about the search for chloroform, what else to lie about? I have that she is probably trying to protect her daughter … but how to help Caylee?

Today Jeff Ashton legal expert says it is unlikely that prosecutors will go after Cindy Anthony, because, well, it is normal for the family to lie to protect the family, even under oath. It’s something you’ve seen a lot in his 30 years of practicing law, and thinks it’s a difficult decision whether or not to go after Cindy at this point in the game. But, as so acutely Ashton said the search for chloroform was not negligible for the case:

This, of course, was an important place, you know, cheating, if you will, obviously, was tested as such by the other evidence. What they do with it will be a tough decision I’m glad not to have to do.

Ashton says that the charge could be as “bitter” if they go after Cindy, but I do not feel that way. Of course Cindy is a grieving grandmother, who was just trying to keep her safe from life in prison, or worse, but Cindy should be held accountable for the lies they said may or may not have convinced the jury to not pull the “guilt” trigger.

If this had been anyone else who had lied on the stand of the chloroform search, is not responsible? Is it just because Cindy is presented as a sympathetic character that the idea of?? Testing its seems like overkill? Soon we’ll know whether Cindy will be tried next. I hope so.
