Marco Rubio, Here Republican Marco Rubio, the murderer of political giants and one of the lieutenants fresh face of the conservative revolt in Washington, which ended with the governor of Florida meeting on Tuesday to become the next U.S. senator from .

The son of 39-year-old Cuban-American immigrants was a tireless campaigner and a candidate made by the television, well packaged as the embodiment of the American dream with a strong message of fiscal discipline and patriotism.

“ No matter where you go, whatever you can achieve the title, I will always be the son of exiles and always will be the heir to two generations of unfulfilled dreams,”Rubio told an enthusiastic crowd of more than 1,000 people outside the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.

Confetti was released, the streets were crowded with luxury cars and fantastic shiny trucks running, and a salsa band agreed to play until dawn.

Rubio victory over Gov. Charlie Crist capped one of the most dramatic political fallout in the country. Rubio output started at one time vice presidential shortlist of his own party and an unproven, the supply of any party, which will end his political career of 18 years, at least for now.

Rubio also dashed the ambitions of Miami Democrat Kendrick Meek, who quit a secure position in Congress will have the opportunity to become the first black senator from Florida.

Rubio skillfully channeled the energy of motion of non-branded tea Conservative Party itself as a candidate of the area that could be pushed to the political margins.

Efforts Meek and Crist tar him as an extremist right-fell flat. So did the lingering questions about the use of political funds for personal expenses, especially when wearing an American Express card from the state Republican Party.

Rubio will be the second of the Florida Cuban-American Senator, after Mel Martinez, whose retirement last year opened the way for the race unusually turbulent. As Hispanics are the largest swing state, Rubio immediately become a kingmaker in the 2012 presidential race, if not a potential competitor.

The unusual dynamics of a three-way race Rubio at the expense of an easy victory as Crist and Meek fought for the Democratic vote.

Crist personally tried to speak to his rival for third place vote-on desertion, Meek calling before dawn and even offered him a cross that he gave his sister.

Just five days before the election, Meek found himself fighting to overturn the reports of his most prominent supporter, former President Bill Clinton, had urged him to leave.

However, according to exit polls conducted by Edison Research, Meek finished capturing 49 percent of Democratic votes, beating 42 percent of Crist. Rubio blocked 86 percent of the Republican vote, Crist has only 11 percent of Republicans.

Independent Rubio broke 51 percent, with Crist at 35 percent and 10 percent Meek.

Crist disappointment was clear in brief remarks to about 150 people in his hometown of St. Petersburg. His eyes red, Crist thanked his family and said he believed Florida would also Rubio.

“ This is the best state in the country and are the greatest people in the world,”he said. “ I always have my heart. . . . This is a tough night, but there is a bright future ahead.”

Speaking to about 100 supporters in Key Biscayne, Meek Rubio praised for its hard-fought campaign and blamed his own loss of a difficult political environment for Democratic officials. “ We won tonight,”said Meek, who appeared headed for third place. “ There are people in this state who came out and voted in favor of representation they wanted. We stand at all times.”

In a year of mounting concern among voters, optimistic Rubio, serious tone and themes great campaign helped him to become a favorite to win the scrapping of the straw polls of the Republican Party’s local clubs to national superstar.

“ I’m proud of Mark for his dogged determination,”said former Gov. Jeb Bush, a mentor. “ Marco Rubio, makes me mourn for joy, and we need great leaders who can lift the cloud over us.”

Although the former chairman of the House had risen from the Commission of the City of West Miami to one of the most powerful posts in state government, which successfully presented himself as a contemptuous political dealmaking and compromise, despite its History suggests nuanced positions on cap-and trade, immigration and government spending.

“ He’s definitely not dull, Miami Beach,”said Dr. Cory DiGeronimo, 36, explaining his vote Rubio. “ I think we need someone who will not bend to be fiscally conservative, not to negotiate or go in the middle.”

Rubio is likely to be a key player in the forthcoming debate on immigration reform. He opposes legislation designed by Martinez in 2006 that would have allowed undocumented workers to obtain citizenship.

An early protégé of Senator Jim DeMint of South Carolina, who has built a stronghold of the conservatives allied, Rubio has pledged to push for extending tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans that began under President George W. Bush. He also favors raising the retirement age to support the Social Security fund.

Rubio “ I’m scared,”said 48-year-old Democrat Mary Irvine of Pompano Beach, who voted for Crist, because she thought she had a better chance of defeating Rubio.

As of October 13, Rubio has raised and 18.25 million, compared with Crist and Meek and 13,380,000 and 8,260,000. Rubio also benefited from billions of dollars spent on their behalf – in large part to the anti-Crist attacks – from outside groups such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Club for Growth and a new political committee founded by Karl Rove.
