Ticket City Bowl

Ticket City Bowl, Happy New Year! How’s the hangover? Everyone will flip to the Big Ten / SEC Smorgasbord at 1:00. So I’ll keep this brief properly. The recovery is Texas Tech. Northwest lost Dan Persa to a ruptured Achilles tendon at the end of o upset Iowa. Their backup quarterback is inexperienced, inaccurate and not athletic enough to run the play area. The Wildcats can be reduced to their third string running back. Their defense gave up 118 points and more than 1,100 meters of Illinois and Wisconsin. And, oh yeah, the last time they won a game of bowls was in 1949.

Texas Tech has been effectively running the ball successfully with Baron Batch lead. The team averaged 137.8 yards per game as a lot of record 805 yards and five touchdowns. But their door at least 408 were in the Big 12, and their 1654 rushing yards were only 39 meters higher than the last place Kansas. That will change in 2011 – but not in this game

NU has struggled to systematically address their seven back, and he started to become a real problem starting in the second half of the loss to Penn State. This is a question very worked on preparing the bowl. Because of the way Texas Tech runs offensively, attacking the space is crucial. The Wildcats will not be able to win a shootout, then this defense will keep them in this competition and give them a chance to win their first bowl game since the 1949 Rose Cup.
