Larry & Shawn King, Larry King and wife Shawn King have not withdrawn their divorce petitions … and we’re told the tipping point is money.

People familiar with the situation tell us nothing is going to happen while Shawn recovers from what may have been a suicide attempt. But before that crisis, we’re told one of Larry’s lawyers presented a proposal to Shawn’s lawyer to undo an agreement he signed several years ago … in which he signed over all 3 of their houses to her.

Larry signed the document after Shawn accused him of sleeping with her sister.

And, we’re told, one of Larry’s lawyers — not Dennis Wasser — submitted a proposal for a new division of property that did not sit well with Shawn.

As one source says, “It will come down to striking a deal on the money issues.”

Laurie David, One can only imagine what Larry David might think given the bovmb report out today’s Star magazine alleges extramarital affair between David’s ex-wife, Laurie David, and former Vice-President Al Gore. But is too early to suggest what should be thought Larry is the perfect fodder for another season of his brilliant HBO comedy “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”

After all, it’s not like David has not operated his romantic life before inspiration. This was probably not a coincidence in the sixth season when his character’s wife left him on the show – soon after Laurie David did the same in 2007.

If the report is true or not, is that asking too much that David comes to rip the scripts for the eighth season is currently filming (Ricky Gervais has signed on to appear in an episode) and just start from the beginning with This simple premise: How can you cope when your ex-wife took with former Vice President? If Larry David can not dine on for another season, what else?
