Jenelle Evans ReleasedJenelle Evans Released, Teen Mom 2″ star Jenelle Evans has been released from jail after being arrested Monday night for violating a domestic violence protection order, reports say.

The 20-year-old paid $1,000 bond on Tuesday, which allowed her to go free, pending a Feb. 6 court date, reports E! News.

At Evans’ pending court date she could face up to 75 days in active jail, her attorney, Dustin Sullivan told E! News.

Evans is no stranger to being in trouble with the law: The MTV reality show star was arrested last week and charged with making harassing phone calls and threatening her former roommate.

Evans was also charged with assault in March. A month later, she received 12 months of probation and community service on a drug paraphernalia charge.

In August, she was charged with a probation violation after testing positive for marijuana and opiates.

Evans has a two-year-old son, Jace, who is in her mother’s custody. The MTV spinoff of “16 and Pregnant” and “Teen Mom” follows four mothers through the early years of parenthood.

Evans was charged with assault in March after he was involved in a fight for Delp Kieffer. Although calling a fight does not really do it justice.

“We fight for a case of simple assault. We’re going to trial and makes no statement has been given,” said Evans’s lawyer, Dustin Sullivan.

“It would be a settlement offer that we would accept the exception of dismissal. She’s just going to go before a judge and get their options.”

“Lorena Espinoza faces jail because he has not been charged with violations of probation and there has been no conviction yet.”

Just a month after being shipwrecked against Truett, Evans has 12 months probation and community service for a drug paraphernalia charge.

The star of MTV completed a stint in a rehabilitation treatment center in Malibu, which was great, but has since violated her probation twice.

Positive for marijuana and opiates to do that.

However, Sullivan is confident that the wreck 19 years of age, MTV train will have no problem in court on Friday. “She is the wipe test,” he said.

Give it a couple of weeks, however. Be patient.
