At Evans’ pending court date she could face up to 75 days in active jail, her attorney, Dustin Sullivan told E! News.

Evans is no stranger to being in trouble with the law: The MTV reality show star was arrested last week and charged with making harassing phone calls and threatening her former roommate.

Evans was also charged with assault in March. A month later, she received 12 months of probation and community service on a drug paraphernalia charge.

In August, she was charged with a probation violation after testing positive for marijuana and opiates.

Evans has a two-year-old son, Jace, who is in her mother’s custody. The MTV spinoff of “16 and Pregnant” and “Teen Mom” follows four mothers through the early years of parenthood.

However, Brunswick County jail officials did not have more details about her arrest.

The 20-year-old was first arrested on January 10 in Brunswick County, North Carolina, and charged with making harassing phone calls and threats to her former roommate Hannah Inman. The “Teen Mom 2” star was later released on $1,000 bond shortly after her arrest.

Evan’s attorney, Dustin Sullivan, said on January 11 the charges against Evans was made in retaliation after she accused a local man, named James Duffy, of cyberstalking.

“The allegations against Janelle are completely unfounded and untrue. I believe that everyone will see that once we get this ball rolling and under way,” Sullivan said.

Inman, the woman accusing Evans, shares the same address as Duffy. Days earlier, Evans had accused Duffy of cyberstalking and communicating threats, according to misdemeanor criminal complaints filed with the court.

Evans, who is the mother of Jace, took to her official Facebook page to talk about the incident.

“Yes I was arrested again. It’s okay, Hannah’s just calling her own bluffs. How can I harass u with phone calls when u clearly don’t own a cell phone? I’ve dropped this argument weeks ago,” she said in a post written on January 10. “She’s mad cuz I took out charges first on Duffy for cyber stalking. She claims that she move out becuz I said I would ‘eventually kill her’ when clearly her old phone has texts that states ‘look I’m moving out to yr house Duffy so we can move to new jersey so I can get famous for my singing’. Yes u set me up and yes u will go down. CAN’T WAIT FOR COURT!”
