Mueller has been charged with third-degree assault and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute — a class four felony. She was released on a $11,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Pitkin County District Court on Dec. 19.

In May 2008, Mueller married Sheen and gave birth to the couple’s twin sons in March 2009.

On the morning Dec. 25, 2009, the former “Two and Half Men” star was arrested in Aspen after he assaulted Mueller in a home the two were renting.

In August 2010, Sheen, whose real name is Carlos Estevez , pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to 30 days in a rehabilitation center.
