Brooke Mueller, Brooke Mueller, the ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen, was arrested at an Aspen bar early this morning, after she allegedly assaulted a woman.

At 11:32 p.m., a woman approached officers at the Belly Up bar and reported an assault, according to a news release from the Aspen Police Department.

Police identified Mueller, 34 of Los Angeles, as the aggressor in the assault.

Shortly after midnight, police found Mueller at Escobar bar and arrested her.

Mueller has been charged with third-degree assault and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute — a class four felony. She was released on a $11,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Pitkin County District Court on Dec. 19.

In May 2008, Mueller married Sheen and gave birth to the couple’s twin sons in March 2009.

On the morning Dec. 25, 2009, the former “Two and Half Men” star was arrested in Aspen after he assaulted Mueller in a home the two were renting.

In August 2010, Sheen, whose real name is Carlos Estevez , pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to 30 days in a rehabilitation center.

Sources close to Brooke revealed that she is willing to advocate for the jokes start coming their way during the ‘roast’ on 10 September.

Brooke really have a case, since in their divorce settlement, legally Sheen agreed not to publicly discuss her drug use.

People Brooke is considering sending a letter saying Comedy Central is going to take legal action if televised jokes about it.

A representative of Comedy Central, said that the only person afraid that the network is Charlie Sheen, saying, “Charlie assured us that nothing will be outside the scope of this roast scares even us.”

We have to see what is really out of bounds once the roast is released in September.
