Snowstorm-150x150New Jersey State of Emergency Snow | USsPost.com:Today in the Garden State, a slow-moving snowstorm is expected to create a wintry mess. Snowstorm is packed with strong winds and heavy moisture and many flights have been delayed due to this expected snowstorm while offices have also been closed. Emergency crews and hospital workers are standing alert while police officials are advising people to stay away from the roads.

20 inches of snow is expected in coastal areas and in Philadelphia suburbs. Northern New Jersey is also expecting snow. Seven South Jersey counties have been declared as disaster areas by the federal government after a massive late-December snowstorm. The affected areas include Atlantic, Cumberland, Burlington Camden, Gloucester and Salem counties which were covered with 2 feet of snow.

These affected areas require large amount of money for cleaning and clearing operations and federal government has decided to help them by federal funds.
