Morgan Freeman Hand InjuryMorgan Freeman Hand Injury 2010 – The ‘Invictus’ actor was involved in a car crash in August 2008 and revealed his left hand has never fully recovered, leaving him unable to move it. Speaking at the Los Angeles premiere of ‘Invictus’, 72-year-old Morgan said:

“I suffered nerve damage and it hasn’t gotten better. I can’t move it. If you don’t move your hand, it will swell up. Do you know you move your hand about a million times a day?”

The Oscar-winning star was taken to hospital after he suffered a broken arm, broken elbow and damage to his shoulder after the accident. The car went off the shoulder of the road and flipped over “several times”, according to one onlooker.

Morgan was removed from the car wreck using the ‘jaws of life’, a hydraulic rescue tool, and was airlifted to the Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee.

I was wondering why he wore the glove to Warner Brothers ‘An Evening with Clint Eastwood’ on the 17th. I had no idea the hand would swell if not used.

“Morgan is fine after his surgery last night to reconnect nerves and repair damage in his left arm and hand.

Freeman was airlifted to Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee, where he was in serious condition after his car left the road, Ben Williams, a sergeant in the Mississippi highway patrol.

“Mr. Freeman was involved in an accident around 11:30 pm yesterday. The vehicle was heading east of the Mississippi Highway 32 in Tallahatchie County. The vehicle went off the side of the road and began to turn around several times.

Also nominated for best actor this year for Invictus. It also tells of small clips for some organizations working for world peace and raise awareness of environmental changes. And his next film “RED” in which she plays the role of Joe. Also present at Radio City Music Hall to celebrate the birthday of Nelson Mandela.

In August 2008 Morgan Freeman had a car accident in Mississippi. He was driving a Nissan Maxima 97,

Morgan Freeman was with a friend Demaris Meyer when this accident. The car overturned several times and produced a lesion in the left side of Morgan Freeman.

They were heading home in Charleston. Morgan Freeman was left in serious condition. The reason that the accident was alcohol use while driving. He was taken to Regional Medical Center in Memphis. He had a 4 hour surgery. Morgan Freeman paralyzed left hand and still can not move it. His injury included a broken arm, broken elbow and minor shoulder damage. Morgan Freeman left nerves were damaged by that led to paralyze the hand. The recovery of the hand is not yet certain.

He is still not comfortable with his hand. People’s attention and fan base has strengthened the view of the left hand. The left arm with serious injuries in 2008 when faced with a car accident.
