Ncaa Football Scores, This game of college football is now on the third quarter will be much time left on the clock. The Auburn Tigers are still on the line against LSU Tigers with a score of 17-10.

The LSU Tigers play against Auburn Tigers on the 8th week of the NCAA College Football on October 23, 2010. This football game will be held at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Alabama, and it started at 3:30 PM ET.

Live coverage of the game of college football is available on channel CBS.

According to Miles, McNeese State passing game is not a threat to LSU.

The Auburn Tigers will play away currently fifth on Saturday. The coach still believes that LSU will not give Auburn an easy time. This is despite their poor record of 103 yards in passing and no touchdown through the air against any team in the Football Championship Subdivision.

LSU (7-0, 4-0 SEC) were able to pull away for a 32-10 victory against McNeese on Saturday. However, the offense does not seem to be at their best.

The Tigers played their third consecutive game with the system with dual quarterback Jordan Jefferson and Jarrett Lee but managed only two touchdowns. They were also able to lead by six points to Michael Ford scored a race at the end of the third quarter. Their last TD was the quarter was up 90 seconds remaining.

Miles believes that Jefferson and Lee had the capacity to perform even better. They could have been better if there was not their game-play that was about ball control and a racing game.

Ohio State Football, John Clay rushed for two touchdowns, and James White launched the decisive factor in the fourth quarter as No. 18 Wisconsin fell to No. 1 Ohio State 31-18 on Saturday night.

For the second consecutive week, there will be a new number one in college football, the Buckeyes (6-1, 2-1 Big Ten), ranked in a similar manner to the way in Alabama, was beaten last week – on the road and at the conference.

Wisconsin had not beaten a No. 1 since 1981, when the Badgers knocked off Michigan, 21 to 14 at Camp Randall.

The Badgers (6-1, 2-1) rolled over the Buckeyes to take a 21-3 lead after the break running powerful Clay and the return of 97 yards to David Gilreath for a touchdown on the kickoff .

Terrelle Pryor led Ohio State on two long trips scoring in the second half and Dan Herron covered them both with annotations to cut the lead to 21-18 with 11:38 to Wisconsin remaining in the fourth.

But Wisconsin answered and No. 1 is in play again.

Wisconsin Football, If you did not know (and most do not), today is Sweetest Day. Started by Irish American Kingston Herbie back in Cleveland in 1821, is celebrated primarily in the Great Lakes region and parts of northeastern United States.

Some say that Sweetest Day was started by candy makers distribute candy to the orphans, widows and the poor. It’s more like a Valentine’s Day in October, less all the glitz and glamor.

While Sweetest Day has changed over the years, it remains a day to celebrate love. Many new relationships start the day fresh and confessions of love are made for the first time. Others may use the day as a second Valentine’s Day and plan trips romantic weekend or to get a ways.

There have been many efforts to make the day sweeter for an official holiday, but failed. Many still consider it a “seal of vacation.” There are other events in this category: Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Boss’ s Day, Father’s Day, Secretary’s Day, etc.

Ohio ranks first highest sales sweetest day. They are followed by California, Florida, Michigan and Illinois to be in the top 10 sales on this day.

Regardless of how it began, the sweeter the day and is a time for giving gifts and sharing the love of your life with friends, family, and the widows, orphans and the poor.

If nothing else, Sweetest Day is an excuse to eat candy! While it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, a little sugar from time to time is good for the mind.

Mark Dantonio

Mark Dantonio, Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio had a minor heart attack and was hospitalized yesterday morning, shortly after calling a fake field audacious goal to beat Notre Dame in overtime.

The 54-year old Dantonio had surgery to put a stent in a blocked blood vessel leading to the heart. Is expected to remain in the hospital a few days, and offensive coordinator Don Treadwell will lead the team during the indefinite absence of Dantonio.

“This morning, in the early hours, not long after the football game, the coach Dantonio started to experience some symptoms,” said Dr. Chris D’Haem, who made the relatively common procedure to restore blood flow. “Fortunately, the heart damage is very minimal. He’ll do very well and we are very optimistic that there will be a full recovery.”

The Spartans defeated Notre Dame 34-31 in a match that ended just before midnight Saturday night. After Michigan State in a row with a field goal from 46 yards that could have forced a second extension, the holder Aaron Bates threw a pass to Charlie Gantt for a winning touchdown.

Dantonio said D’heme began experiencing symptoms of a heart problem around 12:30 am, including a feeling of tightness in the chest.

“Fortunately, he got into a very timely manner,” said D’heme.

The victory was one of the signature moments of the college football season young, and put it in the State of Michigan survey partners at this week’s Press Release No. 25.

“This is a time for Sparta to join the Nation, to bring together not only the coach Dantonio and his family, but everything we’re doing here,” athletic director Mark Hollis said during a news conference. “We know that the coach will return to the bank very soon.”

Dantonio is certainly not the first high-profile coach to experience health problems.

Florida coach Urban Meyer was hospitalized with chest pains in December after the Gators lost the championship game of the Southeastern Conference Alabama. A couple of weeks later, Meyer resigned citing health reasons, but later than 24 hours, he took back his resignation.

Meyer was diagnosed with esophageal spasms and has taken the medication.

Notre Dame staff was also affected by health problems recently, when the defensive line coach and special teams coordinator Mike Elston was hospitalized for a viral illness. Ireland coach Brian Kelly Dantonio shook hands after the game at midfield and began his press conference on Sunday and wish Dantonio.

“On behalf of the Notre Dame family are in thoughts and prayers for Coach Dantonio and wish him a speedy recovery. Look forward to seeing him again on the bench,” said Kelly. “We did not come in until about a quarter of four in the morning. I went home immediately. When I came to the office of Brian Hardin, our sports information director, told me the news.”

Michigan coach Rico Rodriguez also released a statement.

“The Michigan football program sends our thoughts and prayers to Coach Dantonio and his family,” Rodriguez said. “We hope for a speedy and complete recovery.”

Said D’heme Genetics may play a role in heart problems, but noted that Dantonio kept in good conditions and monitoring factors such as cholesterol that can lead to health problems.

“Anyone who knows Dantonio remains coach knows that very fit,” said the doctor.

When Dantonio arrived at the hospital, “was his immediate concern to her family and the football program,” said Hollis.

Dantonio is in his fourth season at Michigan State with a 25-17 record and three bowl appearances. But the victory on Saturday night might have been his most memorable, due to the opponent and the direct role it played in the outcome.

“As we have said from the beginning, we had to play a major boost. Just did not know when he would come,” Dantonio said after the game. “I really do not know where to begin or end, but it was a great night for the Spartans.”

Treadwell is in his seventh season on the staff of the State of Michigan. He coached receivers 2000-02 and was the offensive coordinator since 2007, when Dantonio arrived in East Lansing after a successful three years in Cincinnati.

“There’s some great transfer that is already in place, and we will only fill the gaps, like you,” said Treadwell. “We look forward to a very speedy recovery Mark.”

The Spartans host Northern Colorado on Saturday.

“They are managing as best you can. They love their coach,” said Treadwell’s team, who heard the news on Sunday. “It’s our job as assistant coaches just to keep moving forward, to keep focused on the task.”

Michigan State

Michigan State, It takes an immense amount of confidence to call a fake field goal in overtime. The decision of the Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio did call this work or penalties bold, risky as it would have been commendable courage test-slash-madness, but did not give Sparty a 34-31 victory over Notre Dame. The Spartans are a good thing they did: what is missing and a second chance based on a delay of game would have yielded a vitriol.

Somewhere in the shock and awe in Lansing that accompanied this game, surely someone wondered if the game clock expired before the ball broke. Media images, watch ESPN definitely seems to reach zero before the double record of madness. But I am of the opinion that, especially in football, fortune favors the bold.

Tonight, for the state of Michigan, the time may have done the same.
