Normally, we can expect the Angry Birds having a very dark & gothic background. Gene Simmons has come up with a new version of the game where the furious birds will appear in KISS garb, or the evil pigs will own ridiculously huge tongues.

However, the couple decided on a wedding date of October 1, and apparently remained, as officially married last night! A representative of the famous couple confirmed to People magazine that Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed had an outdoor ceremony in the garden of glass at the Beverly Hills yesterday.

After 28 years and their two sons, Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed said his vows, which was written yesterday in front of 400 guests, including everyone from Hugh Hefner to fellow KISS band member Gene. Shannon wore a beautiful ivory dress Priscilla of Boston, and held a bouquet of ivory garden roses. For their first dance, the couple chose a very convenient “At Last” by Etta James, who was to be performed by his daughter Sophie, 19 years old.

Gene Simmons Tweed proposed, however, the show ended with the answer given, leaving fans to wonder whether Tweed agreed. A new report, Tweed and Simmons are apparently making progress in working on the relationship.

Rumor Fix the reports, Shannon Tweed, said of her relationship with Gene Simmons: “We are working on things.” When asked about the proposal Simmons, Tweed said: “I think it is genuine and we’ll see where it goes.” He added: “There is work to do.”

No word yet on when Gene Simmons Family Jewels will make a return to the channel, but fans are hoping will be soon.
