Chase.com Chaseonline, Chase’s website entry seems to be now available for most users. The message of apology has been replaced by the login fields classical, more than a day after being offline due to “technical problems” affecting thousands of users. But the disadvantages are only some users are still faced with Chase credit card payments section is still buggy.

Users could not access their bank accounts online from Monday night, despite the message to check back shortly Chase.com, the problem was not resolved during the whole of Tuesday.

Now the site appears to be well again, but people still have trouble accessing your site online bank account statements and credit card.

In a statement, Tom Kelly, spokesman for Chase, said: “We will work with customers on the problems encountered, including late fees,”

Chase Credit Card, Chase online banking system has been having some problems since last night, with millions of users unable to use the Chase credit card login. Apparently this is a technical problem, and the bank is working hard to restore access to all who may be dealing with inconvenience due to this problem.

When you enter www.chase.com, users receive a message that says:

“Our website is temporarily unavailable. We are working quickly to restore access. You can come later.”

ATMs are reported to work well, and could be used as an alternative for now. What do you think of these problems of online banking account?

Chase Online Banking Down, NEW YORK — Problems at Chase’s online banking service are continuing.

The site went down Monday night and was down all day Tuesday. A Chase spokesman said service was restored early Wednesday, but later Wednesday morning the site again carried a message saying service was unavailable.

Chase has 16.5 million customers who bank online. Chase’s ATMs and telephone banking services weren’t affected.

Chase spokesman Thomas Kelly said Chase would work with any customers who had online bill payment deadlines they couldn’t meet because of the outage.

Outraged bank customers took to their Twitter accounts to share their frustration.

Chase Outage, Chase banking and retail credit cards have been reduced due to technical problems.

Chase has 16.5 million customers who bank online and many are increasingly frustrated with the lack of information and the duration of this interruption.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. cut confirmed this morning with a message posted on the website. It seems that the problem began during the night, and the company is working to resolve it, said spokesman Tom Kelly.

So what went wrong? A BusinessWeek story cites Bloomberg Chase spokesman, Tom Kelly, saying the bank is working to solve a “technical” problem that is not explained. In a telephone interview, Kelly did not expand on that or provide a description of operating room time to return.

ATMs in the Chase, the second largest bank, were not affected. The bank’s telephone banking service is also operating normally.

The bank asks its customers to do transactions at a branch or by phone at 1-800-935-9935. A recording at that phone number tells callers to expect a long wait to talk to a banker.
