But the gift that stands out is a $100,000 electric sports car 2012 Fisker Karma that took the world famed pop star by surprise.

Though he owns a fleet of great cars, nonetheless this green sports car stands out with its exceedingly attractive features for a young man who loves whizzing past in great cars. So far two other artists have been handed over the similar cars as birthday gift.

The car is not affected by the fact that it is powered by electric motors fed by a 600-pound lithium ion battery pack. The Karma is an extended-range electric that takes you about 50 miles on batteries alone and then uses a small 2-liter, four-cylinder turbo gas engine to produce more electricity to keep going another 250 miles before needing a 4-6 hour pause to recharge batteries using a 220/240 volt circuit or 8 to 12 hours with a 110-volt circuit – plus a fresh tank of gas. Karma has a stunning long hood, short rounded deck luxury sports sedan design similar to a Porsche Panamera.

The car has been making headlines for its great features. It can be driven in 2 modes – Stealth, or battery-only for 50 miles with about 230 horsepower at your disposal, or Sport, which gives you 402 horsepower and employs the gas engine to power a generator to recharge the batteries to extend driving range a bit, but mostly to divert more energy to two electric motors for more power to pass, climb or stand on the pedal and play boy racer.

Fisker Karma, Justin Bieber New Car, Justin Bieber celebrated his 18th birthday on Thursday with an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” that he may never forget.

While discussing his milestone birthday, Bieber’s longtime manager, Scooter Braun, made a surprise appearance on the show and presented the singer with a highly coveted, eco-friendly gift.

“You work really, really hard,” Braun told the Canadian superstar. “And I always yell at you, ‘Don’t get anything flashy!’ We’re not about that. Be humble, be humble. And I kind of broke my own rule.

“We wanted to make sure, since you love cars, that when you’re on the road you are always looking environmentally friendly. And we decided to get you a car that would make you stand out,” Braun continued. “I think you know where I’m going, and you’re kind of freaking out right now. That’s a Fisker Karma.”

As curtains were pulled back to reveal the ultra-sleek luxury hybrid sports sedan, Bieber appeared genuinely shocked and speechless.

“You never get anything for yourself so Usher and I wanted to do this for you,” Braun told the mop-topped singer.

“That’s mine? That’s crazy! This is amazing!” Bieber exclaimed as he checked out his new set of wheels, which happens to be one of the most sought-after vehicles in the world with an estimated $100,000 price tag.
