Davis Cup Live Scores, MANILA, Philippines – The Philippines remained in Group I Davis Cup Asia / Oceania zone after winning a come-from-behind victory over South Korea on Sunday.

The RP team edged host South Korea, 3-2, at the Municipal Tennis Courts Chanwon in the city of Changwon, DavisCup.com reported.

After being 1-2 down on Saturday, the Philippines scored two straight points in the best-of-five tie.

Treat Huey posted a 7-5, 7-5, 6-3 in the final rubber decider against Jeong Suk-Young.

Cecil Mamiit won the game earlier after the fourth Yong-Kyu Lim retired while leading the Philippine team captain, 6-3, 6-4, 4-6, 1-1.

Huey and Mamiit joined on Saturday to the doubles match against Hyun-Joon Kim and Jae-Min Seol. The Filipino-American scored the first point for the Philippines with a 6-3, 6-4, 6-4 triumph.

On Friday, lost his opening match Huey Lim Mamiit, while he yielded to Jeong. Lim prevailed 6-7 (8), 6-2, 7-6 (7), 7-6 (4), while Jeong won 0-6, 1-6, 6-3, 6-0, 6 -2.
