Where Is Stonehenge, Fueled by $500 million of Manhattan acquisitions in the past year, Stonehenge has hired a director of retail leasing to oversee more than 750,000 square feet of retail, office and garage space in the marketplace.
Luciana Francese most recently was leasing director for G&S Investors, where she was responsible for more than one million square feet in New York and New Jersey. With the move to Stonehenge, she is adding several high-profile properties to her oversight, including 12,000 square feet of street-retail space at 555 Sixth Ave.; 8,000 square feet, also ground floor, at 1143 Second Ave.; and 30,000 square feet at 1619 Broadway.
Manhattan-based Stonehenge’s portfolio totals 27 properties, including a portfolio of 400 residential units and retail space along First Avenue that it acquired last October in joint venture with SL Green Realty.
