November 2010 Calendar

November 2010 Calendar, The Senior Center of Castle Rock is pleased to announce its schedule of activities for November 2010! Thanksgiving!

Every Monday: Our famous cinnamon rolls and coffee is served to the public from 10 am to noon. The suggested donation is just and 1.50!

Wii Fit exercise game will be played (laughs) every Monday at 1:30 pm. Come play, have fun and in the process, improve balance and keep that heart healthy! Open to all people.

Every Friday Monday, Wednesday &: Get that heart rate and restore health with exercise classes from 9:30 am to 10:30 am!

Every Wednesday: Nutrition of the CAP provides meals for seniors at the Center for lunch. Suggested donation and 2.50, but please call # 274-7502 or # 274-8145 (Monday) for reservations.

Book Toledo classes are held from 1pm – 3pm for projects.
