Sobeida Morel:Puerto Rico authorities confirmed the arrest of Felix Sobeida Morel, Jose Figueroa’s girlfriend in August, who also was arrested after a year away from the Dominican authorities, he was named the most wanted man in the country on charges of drug trafficking.
Morel Sobeida surrendered to authorities through an attorney, eight hours after federal agents arrested in August, also known as Junior capsule.
U.S. Attorney Rosa Emilia Rodriguez Velez spoke to the press saying: “Today is a good day for justice.”
Agsto Figuera’s arrest took place at 11:00 a.m. Loiza Street, near the tourist area known as The County. Sobeida Morales was charged with money laundering and drug trafficking, and she went into hiding after he was released on bail.
A press conference is expected to 11:00 am, local time, where authorities give details about the case in August.
