Minka Kelly, Minka Kelly says she’s not scared to board a plane before today … and boyfriend Derek Jeter did not return … this according to his lawyer.

There is a report circulating Minka had an epic collapse on a flight from NY to LAX today, when he was not allowed to put your dog in your seat during takeoff.

According to the report, took all seven flight attendants, a pilot’s personal request … and a phone call to her boyfriend Derek Jeter to calm her.

But Kelly’s attorney, Marty Singer, tells TMZ … Minka pay extra to bring your dog on board the flight. There was never a problem on the trip from Los Angeles / New York. But Singer says the return trip, the flight attendant would not let Minka dog in the first class cabin during takeoff and landing due to space constraints. Minka Singer says he took his dog back to train for the takeoff and landing and spent the rest of the time with your dog in first class.

Singer calls the freak-out story “ridiculous”, adding that the flight would have been expelled if he went crazy. As for calling Jeter, singer says he was not so – called his manager to book the flight, in an attempt to convince the flight attendant who had made accommodations for the dog in first class.
