Disney Channel, The CGI-animated series Adventures of Babar and Badou’s making its U.S. debut Playhouse Disney block on Disney Channel’s preschool programming.
The new range is an updated version of the classic Babar, introducing his grandson 8 years old, the iconic elephant, Badou. Aimed at children 4-7, the show is a coproduction of Nelvana TeamTO Studio in association with Clifford Ross Company.
“Babar has been renewed for the 21st century and look wonderful new series and participation of the story lines become a favorite with children, parents and grandparents everywhere,” says Lynn Chadwick, VP of sales and distribution Nelvana in business. “We are delighted to present to the viewers of the first United States on Playhouse Disney.”
