USA vs Slovenia:Michael Bradley goal eight minutes from time allowed the United States to recover from two goals for a 2-2 draw with Slovenia at Ellis Park Stadium on Friday in Group C play in the FIFA World Cup.

However, Americans continued to press forward and got their equalizer as Altidore nodded a long ball down the path of Bradley, whose half-volley crashing past the goalkeeper from near the penalty spot.

The winner came close three minutes later when Donovan’s free kick was knocked home from close range by Edu, but it mysteriously ruled out.
