Burt Reynolds, Burt Reynolds is facing and 1.2 m (£ 729.528) in its foreclosure lawsuit “Valhalla” mansion. Wealth Management Merrill Lynch Credit Corp has filed a lawsuit claims that Reynolds has not made mortgage payments of Hobe Sound, Florida home since September 10.

Merrill Lynch seeks full payment of due and 1.2 in the back, asking for costs and Reynolds to pay attorney’s fees, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.

Reynolds also appears to have a second mortgage and 750,000 (£ 455,955) in Valhalla with BankAtlantic.

The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas actor after buying the house in 1994, while still married to his ex-wife Loni Anderson.

Reynolds has been unsuccessful in its attempts to sell Valhalla, which is valued at 2.4 million (£ 1.4 million).

A representative of Reynolds declined to comment on the legal filing.

Reynolds will star opposite LeAnn Rimes Love TV film reel, which will air in November on CMT.
