Shelly Malil, Shelley Malil, 45, stabbed in the air quickly with the knife and said he opened his hands in “a hundred miles an hour” because he thought he was being attacked by Beebe male friend, according to NBC San Diego .

The actor portrays the manner in which he stabbed his ex-girlfriend Kendra Beebe more than twenty times at his home in San Marcos, California, in what he called a case of mistaken identity.
“My head was down and I was getting into and turning as hard as I can, looking for space,” said Malil. “Like the empty space was falling, I kept running back into the fence and I kept moving his arm, and I kept bouncing things.”
Malil apologized in court last week for the “chaos” that took place in August 2008. If convicted, the actor faces a minimum of 21 years in prison.
