Plano Balloon Festival 2010, The 31st Annual Plano Balloon Festival 2010 is all set to start in the Oak Point Park in Plano today on Friday, September 17, 2010 afternoon at 18:00 The Plano Balloon Festival 2010 to entertain the residents of Texas this weekend over until Sunday.
Pak Point is located about 40 miles southeast of Denton, where Plano Balloon Festival 2010 will start their celebrations in the afternoon with over 100 hot air balloons.
