Offutt Air Show 2010

Offutt Air Show 2010, The Nebraska State Patrol Troop A Headquarters-Omaha will help provide traffic control for the upcoming “Defenders of Liberty Open House and Air Show, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, August 28 to 29, 2010. The event will take place at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue. Nearly 200,000 spectators are expected to take part every day of the two-day event.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

The spectators are very encouraged to use the free shuttle service from parking areas next in Bellevue, Nebraska. Just click on the link to the map of the location.

1) Southroads Technology Center – Ft Crook Rd & Childs.
Herman 2) Bellevue University – Dr. Harvell &
3) Bellevue East High School – Dr. Lincoln Rd & Harvell
4) Bellevue West High School – 15th & Thurston Dr.
5) Offutt AFB (base, through the door Bellevue, Sarpy Cty behind Museum) – Offutt AFB & Lincoln Road.

Shuttles continuously from 8:45 am to 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday. The last entry is reached Shuttle to 3 p.m.

NOTICE TO PUBLIC: The time of last departure from the satellite parking lots to the base is about 3 pm those in line at 3 pm will be allowed to board a ferry. Anyone arriving after 3 p.m. will be rejected. Return shuttles will run until all clients have been returned to their vehicles.

Handicap Parking: Handicap parking will be available in the lot field house fitness center parking. Take Capehart Rd STRATCOM to the door and look for signs of direction. If you have difficulties, please ask the staff of the security forces directing traffic to help.

PARKING IN TS-EX- BASE: There is limited parking available in the database. From Highway 75, exit east to the door Capehart of STRATCOM. Shuttles are available at the parking areas at the gates.
