Edgar Valdez, One of the richest areas of Mexico most of the morning he woke up Sunday, August 22, 2010, the mutilated bodies of four young men hanging upside down from a busy bridge.

Valdes, whose real name is Edgar Valdez, is a leader of the largest drug cartel. .
The message was signed “CPS”, the initials of the South Pacific Cartel, a band relatively new drug, which claimed responsibility for similar murders.
