Cif Southern Section:Nearly two dozen Central Coast high school baseball and softball teams learned their postseason fate on Monday afternoon. The CIF Southern Section announced its playoff pairings for the postseason that opens on Tuesday with wildcard games. Wildcard games are essentially play-in games, where the winner moves on to the first round, while the loser’s season ends.
