Wwe Battleground Results

Wwe Battleground Results, WWE held its latest pay-per-view, “Battleground” on Sunday. Let’s get right to the results.
DOLPH ZIGGLER VS. DAMIEN SANDOW
Ziggler won the pre-show match with the Zig Zag. Ziggler in the pre-show match? Wow, his stock has really fallen.
ALBERTO DEL RIO VS. ROB VAN DAM FOR TS-EX- WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Del Rio retained the title with the arm bar. No turn by Ricardo Rodriguez, who desparately needs to get away from Van Dam, as they have negative chemistry togeter. Does this loss mean Van Dam did not sign a new contract?
GREAT KHALI & SANTINO MARELLA VS. JACK SWAGGER & ANTONIO CESARO
In the spot of the night, Cesaro did an 12-rep giant swing on Khali, then pinned him as the crowd went bonkers.
CURTIS AXEL VS. R-TRUTH FOR TS-EX- INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE
Axel won with the neckbreaker. Nobody cared. I like Axel, but he is not connecting with the crowd at all.
A.J. LEE VS. BRIE BELLA FOR TS-EX- DIVAS TITLE
A.J., who may be the best all-around talent on the roster, retained with a schoolgirl.
CODY RHODES & GOLDUST VS. SETH ROLLINS & ROMAN REIGNS
Cody used the crossroads on Rollins for the pin. That means Rhodes and Goldust gets jobs with the company, and Dusty Rhodes does not get fired. Dusty even got to deliver a bionic elbow during the match.
BRAY WYATT VS. KOFI KINGSTON
Wyatt won with Sister Abigail.
C.M. PUNK VS. RYBACK
Punk pinned Ryback after a low blow.
DANIEL BRYAN VS. RANDY ORTON FOR TS-EX- VACANT WWE TITLE
Bryan had Orton in the Yes lock when Big Show knocked out the ref John Cone. Show then knocked out Bryan and a new ref (Scott Armstrong) came out. Big Show knocked out the new ref. Show then knocked out Orton. That was it. Lame finish, making you feel like you wasted your money when all this did was set up next month’s “Hell in a Cell” PPV.
