Unstoppable Kirk Cameron, A screenshot of Kirk Cameron’s Facebook page shows the actor reacting to the website blocking his film “Unstoppable.”
“Unstoppable,” Kirk Cameron’s film, had a bit of a setback Thursday when Facebook blocked all posts that promote the film, he said on his account.
Cameron’s Facebook post reads: “Facebook has officially “blocked” me and you (and everyone else) from posting any link to my new movie at UnstoppableTheMovieDOTcom, labeling the content as ‘abusive’, ‘unsafe’, and ‘spammy’! I can’t even write the real link here, or Facebook would block this post too!!”
Cameron called on people to “encourage Facebook to unblock our website soon by sharing this post with your friends so more people can see this transparent, faith-building project,” he added in his post.
However, some Facebook users posted on his page and said they were able to post the link to the film on their Facebook page, while others were more critical.
“Seems the most unstoppable thing right now is mob rule. Everyone, calm down and stop jumping on the ‘this is despicable’ bandwagon long enough to see that this isn’t blocked!” wrote one user on Cameron’s Facebook page.
