Uncle Jed AGT, The announcement of Sydney band Uncle Jed as the winner of AGT topped the ratings on Sunday.

Now telecast by the Nine Network after the Seven Network did not renew the rights late last year because of the heavy financial cost of producing the show, AGT filled first and fourth places on Sunday.

This was after the show was split into two segments for ratings purposes.

The AGT final was fourth, with 1.166 million viewers, and the naming of Uncle Jed as the 2013 champion drew an audience of 1.391 million.

Left in AGT’s wake was Seven’s hit reality series Dancing With The Stars, which was sixth with 1.075 million viewers.

It was one of the rare nights when Dancing With The Stars did not finish in the top two most watched shows for the evening.

On Sunday, Sydney model Zac Stenmark was eliminated, leaving just five identities to fight out the series, which finishes in two weeks.

While AGT won the night, Nine’s 60 Minutes (1.279 million) was second and Seven News (1.174 million) was third.

Beleaguered Network Ten had some success with its imported mystery drama Elementary finishing eighth with 692,000.
