NEWS.COM.AU: Woman On Trial After Shows Nine Year Old Boy Drunk, A WOMAN remains on trial after a nine-year-old boy was filmed stumbling around and slurring his words after guzzling bourbon cans and doing shots.

The shocking footage, in which the boy can be seen drinking at least one can of premixed bourbon and cola, was posted on YouTube earlier this year, sparking outrage.

Three people were charged with suppling the youngster with alcohol after the incident in New Zealand.

Yesterday, Hamilton District Court discharged one accused, 27-year-old Michael King, without conviction. The court said there was no “reliable evidence” to prove Mr King had provided the boy with alcohol, 3News New Zealand reports.
