St Jude Aftermath, Roads were left flooded and trees were brought crashing down on top of cars in North Camp and Farnborough after winds battered Hampshire and rain lashed down

St Jude’s Storm battered north east Hampshire on Sunday night leaving a path of destruction in its wake on Monday.

Homes were without power in Hartley Wintney, Hook and Fleet after gale force winds disrupted power lines.

RAF Odiham recorded winds of 78mph and 35mm of rain fall leaving roads flooded and bringing huge branches and trees down across the county.

In Farnborough and North Camp cars were crushed by falling trees and many roads were blocked or closed due to fallen trees and power lines.
