SPICE GIRL BANNED, Spice Girl Mel B. has been banned from “Australia’s Got Talent,’ reports Inquisitr. Scary Spice (real name Melanie Brown) lost her space on the “Australia’s Got Talent” judging panel over a dispute between rival networks.

Mel B. was scheduled to appear on an Australian version of “The X Factor” for the Seven Network. Despite her contract, she also signed with “Australia’s Got Talent” for Channel Nine.

The Seven Network took Mel B. to court for breach of contract, which reportedly states that Mel B. can’t appear on a rival show until after 2013. The Seven Network won, and now Scary Spice has been banned from “Australia’s Got Talent” until at least 2014.

This means that Scary Spice will be unable to participate in Season Seven of “Australia’s Got Talent,” which is about to begin filming, according to MSN.

However, it’s not clear if Mel B. will still appear on “The X Factor.” According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Seven said it planned to use Mel B. in a limited role on “The X Factor” in 2013 and has not announced whether Mel B. will appear next season.

The judge, Justice David Hammerschlag, ruled, “Under the agreement, Mel has an obligation to provide her exclusive services to Seven, and Seven is entitled to her performance of this obligation.”
