Police Say Pa. Teacher Raped Student In School, A western Pennsylvania high school shop teacher has been charged with raping a 16-year-old student at school, and state police say the investigation is continuing because it began with a complaint from another student about unwanted attention from the teacher.
That complaint surfaced just last week, but police say 28-year-old Todd McCullough, of Kiski Township, raped the Saltsburg High School student back in April.
