Playboy Bunny House, Hutch wanted: Playboy Bunny House up for sale The Playboy Bunny House has gone on the market with a price tag of $11m. Hugh Hefner’s 6,690-sq ft Bunny House – five bedrooms, six bathrooms, dolphin-shaped pool and spa – has gone on sale, according to entertainment site TMZ.
The two-storey ranch, where the millionaire “accommodates” some of his favourite models, is a stone’s throw from Hefner’s famous Playboy mansion and sits on 1.3 acres of land in the affluent Los Angeles neighbourhood of Holmby Hills.
A movie about Playboy and its models, entitled The House Bunny, was partly filmed in the Bunny House. It also featured multiple times in the hit reality TV show The Girls Next Door.
This video shows model Jayde Nicole and her Bunny friends having a whale of a time in the swimming pool at the 2008 Playboy’s Playmate of the Year party.
