Non Au Non-Cumul, The Senate is considered the non-accumulation of this week … better to introduce an exception to the rule for the senators themselves. Three amendments to this effect were filed by the RDSE group, majority PRG, the UMP and the UDI-UC and adopted by 211 votes in favor and 83 against. They are designed to allow the free exercise of senators, in addition to their parliamentary mandate, a local executive mandate. The bill as amended was adopted Thursday afternoon.
