New Slogan of Obama, Supporters wait to hear U.S. President Barack Obama speak at a campaign rally at Elm Street Middle School in Nashua, New Hampshire October 27, 2012. With just days before the presidential election, President Barack Obama unveiled a small change to his campaign slogan. Earlier this week, the president has added an exclamation point to the end of “Forward.”, making it “Forward!”

The slogan with the slight change can be seen in campaign banners and signs. According to AP, Obama’s spokeswoman Jennifer Psaki said the exclamation point was added to symbolize “the stakes in this election and energy of our events.”

The new slogan came just in time for a 40-hour blitz campaign by Obama in the key battleground states over this weekend.

The new slogan first appeared in New Hampshire this weekend as Obama addressed a crowed of 6,000 at a rally.

President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are still neck and neck in the race for the White House. Recent polls reveal that the race is closer than ever.

The latest Rasmussen poll shows Romney currently leading with three points with 50 percent of voter support over President Obama’s 47 percent. The poll also showed one percent of voters supporting a third-party candidate and one percent still undecided.
