National Chocolate Day, Chocolate lovers can rejoice because today is nation chocolate day. Each year Americans eat about 1.4 billions pounds of chocolate.Whether your favorite is a truffle or a chocolate covered cherry, the saying goes life is like a box of chocolates, but at mostly chocolates, you always know what you are going to get. The family owned store in downtown rapid city makes their chocolates fresh everyday.
Shelly, Sales Clerk at Mostly Chocolates said, “The truffles are our signature piece we make hundreds of thousands of them.”
And here chocolate has been running in the family for 31 years. The family recipes have been passed down through generations.
Every truffle is made from a 10-pound bar of chocolate. Melted down and hand dipped.
And the truely unique thing about the store, each truffle is handmade by their chocolatier.
“We have fudge and coffee and everything so if your looking for it we probably have something for your sweet tooth”
So whether you want to celebrate national chocolate day or just stock up early for Halloween, Mostly Chocolates has you covered.
