Max Factor Heir Prison: New Sentence For Heir

March 13, 2013 by

Max Factor Heir Prison: New Sentence For Heir, Andrew Luster, the Max Factor heir and convicted rapist, has been granted a new sentencing hearing.

Luster fled the U.S. during his 2003 trial for 20 counts of drug-induced rape, 17 counts of raping an unconscious victim and multiple counts of oral copulation and sodomy.

He was later captured by television’s Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman in Mexico but in the interim sentenced to a 124-year prison term, according to the Ventura County Star.

That term was overturned by Judge Kathryne Ann Stoltz, who found that his sentencing was improper. His, convictions, however, will stick. Stoltz set Luster’s resentencing for April 4.
