Jay-Z Drops $20 Million On Island For Beyonce, Beyonce reached the ripe old age of 29 this past weekend and with this additional year added to her life she also gained a 12.5 acre island 2.5 miles off the shore of Florida. Jay-Z out of pocketed $20,000,000 for this island described as a “tropical paradise”. No other details are available as far as housing on the island goes but how do you top that as far as giving gifts goes?
The streets are buzzing that Jay-Z bought Beyonce an island for her birthday…a $20 million island at that! DAYUUUMMM! I hear that Jay bought Bey the million dollar piece of land in the Florida Keys to represent her last year in her 20’s. The private island is said to be 12.5 acres and about 2.5 miles off shore. This bad boy can only be accessed by plane or yacht. POW!
