First Day Of Spring

First Day Of Spring, It’s the first day of spring, but you wouldn’t know it by stepping outside.

It’s just 27 degrees on this Wednesday morning, and the mercury will reach only 42 degrees despite plenty of sunshine, according to our weather partners at WPRI. A west wind of 15 to 20 mph, with gusts up to 30 mph, will make it feel colder.

The temperature will drop back down to 27 degrees on the first night of spring, and the second day of spring looks even cooler than the first day. A high of just 40 degrees is expected Thursday.
