Cow Beauty Pageant

Cow Beauty Pageant, Makes you wonder why farmyard animals don’t feature more prominently in pageants – apart from that it is totally bizarr Isn’t this a cheesey shot, or what? Dairy brings different element to Chinese beauty pageant Barcroft Among other such worthy hopes of bringing about world peace and solving third world hunger by means of sequins and standing around in bikinis, the cause of dairy cows is frequently peculiarly neglected by beauty pageant contestants.

Presumably the Miss Dairy Cow Pageant – held in Shuozhou, China over the weekend – was set up to redress the issue balance. But had you herd about it?

Unfortunately, information on the prestigious show is a little hard to come by – and we’re not sure which of the feathery-mask wearing competitors actually calf-ed out a niche beauty win for themselves.

Even after consulting many, many udder pics from the event, we still can’t tell who emerged victorious. We’d love to offer them a cow pat on the back.

That’s enough cow puns, now. Think we’ve milked them until the cows came home.
