A winning ticket worth nearly $ 5 on Wednesday night and Fantasy develop 292,000 was bought at a station in San Francisco Gas, said the California Lottery. The ticket that matched all five numbers in the draw was bought from a Chevron gas station located at the corner of Geary and Arguello Boulevard.
The winning combination was 24, 2, 23, 21 and 25, and the ticket is worth 291,989.
According to the National Lottery, Fantasy 5 offers some of the best opportunities for all lottery games in California. The winning numbers are drawn every day for the first prize and that starts at 50,000 and increases daily until a winner is chosen.
Winners have six months to claim their prize before it expires, and may do so by visiting the local district office of Hayward or contact lottery officials.
To protect against theft of tickets, they should be signed and kept in a safe place.
Tickets can be purchased from one of more than 21,000 lottery retailers. Over 94 cents of every dollar spent on tickets goes back to the community in the form of education.
Since 2000, lottery players have helped and 1 billion for public schools each year. According to officials of the lottery, and over 23 billion has been paid since 1985.
