American Virgin, Virgin America, the airline based in California, announces that it welcomes the crew with Virgin Blue flight winning team. Earlier this year, airlines sister have teamed up to launch a unique Cross-continental cultural exchange – with six teammates Virgin America flight move to Australia to fly as part of the crew of Virgin Blue Vol. This winter, three members of Virgin Blue Cabin crew make their debut in flight at 35,000 feet along for Virgin America’s expansion of roads in North America. The exchange allows teammates to be flying Virgin America and Virgin Blue to participate in a cultural exchange program for one year allowing them the opportunity to fly as cabin crew for their support sister, after completing the course intensive training required by each airline. The program’s goal is to provide customers of each airline a chance to learn more about the country of origin for travel mates, while allowing teammates work experience and life in another country and another carrier Virgin brand.
“The exchange program offers Virgin crew members of both Virgin America and Virgin Blue flight team the chance to grow personally and in their profession,” said Frances Fiorillo, senior vice president of People and Services in flight Virgin America. “This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience and learn from our separate training modules, serve customers in different countries and personal growth -. To be considered for the exchange program, the team members Virgin flight were invited to submit a documentary-style video that details their home region and the nation and also what they hoped to bring to the States United through cultural exchange. Virgin America plans to download the videos entertaining and informative at the Red ™ in flight on the platform of entertainment. In addition, the company is featuring selections of Australian wines in its First Class and Main Cabin.
