Afc Pro Bowl Roster, (AP) – Michael Vick’s comeback season has impressed throughout the NFL, not just in Philadelphia.

Eagles quarterback who sat on two seasons while serving a federal sentence for dogfighting, has been elected to start for the NFC in the Pro Bowl in Honolulu Jan. 30.

Vick was selected in a vote by leaguewide NFL players, coaches and fans.

Vick made three Pro Bowls with Atlanta before he was suspended by the league and served prison sentences for running a network of dog fighting. This season he has gone from a rarely used backup for NFC passing leader, the catalyst for a dynamic offense in Philadelphia.

It was not really interested in talking to the Pro Bowl after the Vikings upset the NFC East champion Eagles 24-14 in the NFL on Tuesday a first game since 1946.

“I’m not worried about the Pro Bowl right now,” he said. “There are so many things going on in my head. I like the Pro Bowl, but as of now, I can not even focus on that. It is in oblivion now. ”

Besides Vick, the Eagles had four players selected.

Atlanta, who leads the NFC with a record of 12-3, has the most Pro Bowlers with seven, including quarterback Matt Ryan, Roddy White receiver and defensive end John Abraham.

On defense of the NFC will end Julius Peppers of Chicago and Abraham, tackles Jay Ratliff and Suh Dallas linebackers Clay Matthews of Green Bay, DeMarcus Ware of Dallas and Patrick Willis, San Francisco, cornerbacks Samuel and Charles Woodson Green Bay safety Nick Collins and Green Bay and Adrian Wilson, Arizona.

The bettor is NFC Dallas’ Mat McBriar, while Devin Hester Chicago is the kickoff returns.

Baltimore Billy Cundiff is the placekicker, Shane Lechler Oakland the punter, kickoff returns and Mariani Montell Owens of Jacksonville’s special teamer.

Colts QB Peyton Manning made his 11th Pro Bowl as a backup to Brady. He joined Brett Favre as the quarterfinals only selected for at least 11 games.

San Diego Philip Rivers is the quarterback other AFC.

“Wow, No. 12 feels like No. 1,” Lewis said. “I tell my teammates that I will undergo training to be a player in the Pro Bowl this season, and I focus again bore fruit this season. Never gets old. ”
