Zsa Zsa Gabor, (AFP) – Ailing actress Zsa Zsa Gabor was rushed back to hospital Tuesday after coughing up blood, in her latest health scare following an operation last month to amputate her leg, her spokesman said.

Gabor — who will be 94 on February 6 — was taken back to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, after her husband Prinz Frederic von Anhalt called the emergency services.

“Following breakfast this morning… she started coughing up blood and mucus,” spokesman John Blanchette told AFP. “Frederic called the doctor. He said it’s some sort of internal bleeding.
Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor and news-journalist Barbara Walters were both attacked today in Cairo, just outside the Egyptian Museum. Both women were treated for minor bruises at a local hospital, before being released. Police believe rioters may have mistaken the two elderly celebrities for mummies, and then tried to steal them!

The age of both Zsa Zsa and Barbara has always been a mystery. Fortuneately, there are some clues both in the archaeological and the fossil record that may give some answers.
Zsa Zsa Gabor’s latest health predicament seems to be taking its toll on her husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt.

He tells ABC News Radio he collapsed Tuesday night at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, where his wife was brought earlier in the day after developing an infection stemming from her recent leg amputation. She was also spitting up blood before she checked into the hospital.

Doctors say von Anhalt may have collapsed due to exhaustion. He’s currently recovering in the same hospital room as his wife.

Von Anhalt says Gabor, who turns 94 on Sunday, has been stabilized but isn’t talking. She’s expected to remain hospitalized indefinitely.
