Yeardley Love, New details have emerged in the investigation into the murder of a student at the University of Virginia Yeardley Love.
According to documents filed in Charlottesville Circuit Court, Love and George Huguely suspected murderer had gotten into a fight a few days before he was found dead in his apartment on May 3.
The search warrant affidavits released Tuesday night shows fragments of an email exchange between love and fellow ex-boyfriend Huguely.
Police say they were able to locate and extract the email memory laptop Huguely love after he confessed to stealing your computer and put it in a dumpster.
Charlottesville police Detective Lisa T. Reeves wrote in the affidavit that the e-mail “is evidence of a prior incident between Huguely and Love.” But the cause and details remain a mystery to the public whose copy of the affidavit contains the text crossed out.
The affidavit obtained by the police also contains an account of one of the sorority sisters of love he says he saw a fight between the couple that hit earlier in the Huguely love with her purse in her apartment.
Charlottesville Police have charged the 22-year-old Huguely with first-degree murder in the death of Yeardley Love, however, says Huguely the tragedy that devastated the family of love, friends, and all the UVA campus was an accident.
