WWW.MASS.GOV/DUA/WEBCERT, If you are a resident of the State of Massachusetts, you can check / dua / WEBCERT to submit an insurance claim online for your unemployment benefits. You must register to use the services of unemployment insurance online. If you are the first user, click here to register now

Use WEBCERT files your weekly unemployment insurance benefits.

Use Quik Response to help expedite the processing of your application UI.

Get an update on your application for unemployment insurance benefits – the amount of payment, when payment has been issued, and if there are problems with your request.

Please note that if you have not filed or reopened an unemployment claim, you must do before you can start visiting / dua / WEBCERT. To make an appeal or application for unemployment 617-626-6800 from area codes 508, 978, or 413, call 877-626-6800. Outside of Massachusetts applicants should call 617-626-6800.

And you will have problems or delays with service WEBCERT every Sunday (the first day of the signing of weekly benefits). If you can not visit the site normally, refesh site and try again.
