Www.mass.gov/dua/webcert, If you are a resident of Massachusetts, you can check Www.mass.gov / dua / WebCert to file an insurance claim online for their unemployment benefits. You must register to use online services UI. If you are a first time user, click here to subscribe now
After registration, you can:
Use WebCert weekly benefits to apply for unemployment insurance.
Use quik response to help expedite your claim for unemployment insurance.
Get updates on your UI claim and benefit payments – the amount of payment when the payment has been issued, and if there are any problems with your claim.
Note if you have not filed or reopened an unemployment claim should do so before you can begin to see Www.mass.gov / dua / WebCert. To initiate a call 617-626-6800 or unemployment claim from area codes 508, 978, or 413, call 877-626-6800. Applicants outside of Massachusetts should call 617-626-6800.
And you may experience difficulties or delays with the service WebCert every Sunday (the first day of the signing of weekly benefits). If you cannot normally visit, refesh the website and try again later.
