World Record Set For Largest Nachos

The nachos weighed 3999 pounds and sat on a giant 70-feet as of horseshoe-shaped table to reflect the restaurant’s logo, television station WCVB Boston reported.
Directed by ninety-nine restaurants Executive Chef George Tagarelis, four teams of five people construct 1105 pounds of nachos, layer by layer on the giant table. A second team made 825 lbs. Monterey Jack cheese and Cheddar, which merged with firearms large torch.
The next team added 439 pounds of cheese sauce, salsa 451 kilos, 459 pounds of chile, jalapeno pepper, 199 kilos? O, 90 pounds of diced onion red, 421 pounds of sour cream and chopped cilantro 8 lbs.
The nachos were created to commemorate a new menu item to start the month of fundraising throughout the chain for Boys & Girls Clubs.
Guinness representative, Kimberly Patrick, was in place at the event to certify the new world record and introduces the restaurant chain with an official certificate.
“Ninety-nine restaurants is now a part of the history of Guinness World Records and we could not be more excited,” ninety-nine restaurants of President John Grady. “We listened to our customers who have asked for nachos back to our letter and this was a great way to reintroduce while showcasing the ingredients we use everyday for our food crave worthy of the ninety-nine.”
The previous record for the greatest nachos was established in April 2010 in Frisco, Texas. That the creation culminates in 3555 pounds.
